Benefits of Fruit-Infused Water

Infused water is a great way to stay hydrated. By infusing water with ingredients like fruits and herbs, you’re not only enhancing the flavor but also adding vitamins, minerals and antioxidants to your water. Plus, it's such a simple way to increase your daily water intake! We’re sharing 3 of our favorite infused water recipes below, so let us know in the comments which one is your favorite.

Fresh Lemon Mint Bliss Water

INGREDIENTS 

1/2 lemon, thinly sliced

5-6 fresh mint leaves

32oz (946mL) of cold, filtered water

Ice cubes (optional)

DIRECTIONS

1. In your 32oz (946mL) Travel Tumbler, place the thinly sliced lemon and fresh mint leaves.

2. Lightly muddle the mint leaves to release their aroma.

3. Add cold, filtered water and let the water sit for at least 10-15 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.

4. If you’re an ice person, now is the time to add it in. Gently stir, secure the tumbler lid, and enjoy your Minty Lemon Bliss Infused Water on the go.

Cucumber Strawberry Refresher

INGREDIENTS 

1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced

6-8 ripe (or defrosted) strawberries, sliced

8-10 fresh mint leaves

1 L cold, filtered water

Ice cubes (optional)

DIRECTIONS

1. In a pitcher or 40oz (1.1L) Travel Tumbler, add mint leaves and muddle.

2. Slice cucumber and strawberries, combine in your tumbler.

3. Cover with cold, filtered water and let it sit for at least 10-15 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.

4. Add ice cubes and enjoy your Cucumber Strawberry Refresher on-the-go!

Pineapple Coconut Paradise

INGREDIENTS 

1 cup pineapple chunks

2 tbsp shredded coconut 
(unsweetened)

1/2 cup sliced strawberries (optional)

32oz (946mL) of cold, filtered water

Ice cubes (optional)

DIRECTIONS

1. In a pitcher or 32oz (946mL) Travel Tumbler, add the pineapple chunks and shredded coconut.

2. Fill the pitcher with cold, filtered water, allowing the coconut to absorb the flavors.

3. Gently stir the ingredients to combine and let the infusion sit for at least 30 minutes, or longer for a more intense tropical taste.

4. If you prefer your infused water chilled, you can add ice cubes directly in after infusing.
